📋 Description

• Lead design and user research within the partnership of Design, Product Management, and Engineering • Partner with your “Iron Triangle” to lead the user experience of a product area from conception to launch • Create user flows, wireframes, site maps, customer journey maps, and other artifacts to guide the product development process • Translate gathered requirements into effective visual designs while following established design guidelines • Facilitate discussions around your designs with a cross-disciplinary product team • Define user needs in the context of our customer’s business goals • Develop and report on user success metrics (qualitative and quantitative)

🎯 Requirements

• A design portfolio with a range of artifacts creating user-centered design solutions highlighting strong problem solving, interaction and visual design skills • Experience with running and synthesizing UX research • Demonstrated ability to drive the design process, facilitate the gathering of design requirements, and achieve consensus • Experience designing and shipping features with complicated flows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases • Experience shipping responsive web and native app experiences • At least 5 years of experience in digital product design
