📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, including user research and usability testing • 0-1 or “build” experience of a new product even if in a larger organization • Experience in designing for web and mobile applications • Proven expertise in designing and refining products based on genuine user feedback and data insights. • Knowledge and understanding of project management principles: managing projects from beginning to end that vary in scope and complexity • Experience managing creative design efforts in a complex environment where all the answers or research may not be immediately available • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
