Description

• Provide pre-sales engineering and support a large end-customer. • Coordinate both on and off-site proof of concept and trial installations. • Provide in-depth, sometimes on-site, troubleshooting and solutions to achieve positive outcomes. • Proactively engage in technical aspects and strategies with end-customer to deliver creative solutions that may be conventional, or uncommon. • Provide technical solutions and product-specific training to key account stakeholders when needed. • Work closely with our end-customer key account stakeholders and Axis Key Account Manager (KAM) to cultivate and strengthen business relationships and opportunity growth. • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Willingness to learn and grow as an individual, in a fast-paced environment • Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, RESTful, infrastructure, troubleshooting, etc.) • Mature, professional verbal and listening skills • Follow-through on commitments and communication • Proven reputation of positive customer interaction • Proactive collaboration with key stakeholders • Strong presentation skills • Solid technical writing skills including white papers, manuals, and instructions • Design documentation skills of video, audio, and network topologies • Able to travel up to 50% as needed
