• Accountable for sales revenue in assigned area • Develop and implement sub-regional strategy • Fine tune targets and KPIs for sales team • Hire, lead, and support the sales team • Work closely with marketing and sales engineering • True brand ambassador for the business • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders • Manage project pipeline and pricing • Provide monthly input and forecasts • Monitor processes to improve efficiency • Participate in trade shows and exhibitions • Coach, hire, and lead a team of KAMs, AMs & ISAMs • Responsible for performance management for direct reports • Set team goals/SMART KPIs and monitor contributions • Handle complex sales situations and conflicts • Share ideas and best practices within the team and organization • Travel within the region and to HQ in Sweden

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field • 5+ years of sales and management experience in B2B • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quarterly revenue expectations • Understand the marketing landscape, account and strategic planning, and complex sales negotiation • Highly motivated, proactive, and ready to challenge the status quo • Ability to drive change in a structured and effective way • High integrity and self-awareness, able to professionally handle conflicts with customers or colleagues • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Good organizational and follow-through skills • Salesforce knowledge is a plus • Fluency in English, written and spoken
