Description

• Accountable for sales revenue in assigned area • Hire, lead, and support the sales team • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders • Manage project pipeline and project pricing • Provide monthly input and forecast on performances and initiatives • Monitor processes to improve efficiency • Participate in trade shows and drive follow-up activities • Coach, hire and lead a team • Responsible for performance management • Share ideas and best practices within the team

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field • 5+ years of sales and management experience in B2B • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quarterly revenue expectations • Understand marketing landscape, account and strategic planning, complex sales negotiation • Highly motivated, proactive, ready to challenge the status quo • Ability to drive change in a structured and effective way • High integrity and self-awareness, able to handle conflicts professionally • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Good organizational and follow-through skills • Salesforce knowledge is a plus • Fluency in English, written and spoken
