• Join Aya Healthcare, winner of multiple Top Workplace awards! • The Product Manager II will manage a new or existing software initiative to improve communication between internal teams and streamline internal business operations. They will work with internal end users and a scrum team to improve our products, address new challenges, and drive business outcomes for Aya. They need to be able to break down a complex and technical roadmap into software requirements that iteratively deliver value, and also be able to effectively communicate a business-focused vision to our stakeholders. • We’re a $10+ billion, rapidly growing workforce solutions provider in the healthcare industry. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • 3+ years of experience working on an external facing software product while in a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner role • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery. • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship. • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), initiative and responsiveness. • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines.
