• 10+ years of ERP and workforce management software implementation experience • Strong experience leading Workday ERP and Kronos/UKG implementations or upgrades • Knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Kronos/UKG modules • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing implementation teams, exhibiting strong leadership skills with a history of building and managing high-performing teams. • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple implementations simultaneously • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of UKG configuration, data integration, and reporting tools • Experience in the full lifecycle of WFM projects • Familiarity with the Workato integration layer • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions and make data-driven decisions. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). • PMP certification preferred • Workday certification preferred
