Description

• Responsible for a designated territory working in cooperation with clients • Develop new clients as part of the international Genomics / Multiomics Sales team • Represent GENEWIZ/Azenta Life Sciences' Genomics service portfolio • Conduct marketing and sales independently in academic, biotech and pharma • Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities • Provide technical support aligned with customer workflows and activities • Manage the sales funnel using CRM/Salesforce and project databases

Requirements

• University degree in life sciences (Molecular Biology or equivalent) or relevant field • Several years of commercial experience in a similar role • Strong experience in territories sales planning • Passion for sales • Excellent market knowledge linked to genomic services (NGS, Sanger Sequencing, Gene Synthesis) • Proven track record in successfully closing sales opportunities • Well versed in the application of sales techniques including upselling, cross selling, value positions, sales funnel management and solution selling • Very good MSOffice skill and Sales Force would be an advantage • Ability to communicate effectively in a global organization • Sales-driven and highly motivated • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Energetic, pragmatic, business driven • Organized and independent • Team player • Fluent in German and English
