Description

• Phi Labs is a software engineering company contributing to the Archway protocol • Seeking an Investor Relations Manager to engage investors, advisors, and partners • Work remotely and adapt to a flexible schedule with global team members • Focus on investor relations, OTC, and treasury management

Requirements

• Global work experience is required, specifically within Europe/APAC • Deep understanding of financial modeling valuation, investing, and investment management • 5+ years experience with a focus on investors relations and treasury management with equity and tokens • Master at processes, frameworks, deal funnels • Strong understanding of the crypto market, DeFi, and traditional finance • Experience working with commercial agreements, including creating and negotiating agreements outside of standard sales contracts • A deep and relevant network including industry leaders and executives • Nice to Have: Investor Relations experience with a L1. • Collaborative team spirit. • Problem-solving attitude and passion for innovation • Be a self-starter and able to work independently. • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
