📋 Description
• Perform customer support activities, such as installation and preventive maintenance. • Solve customer problems at respective locations with discretion and good judgment. • Work with advanced technologies like warehouse robots and cryogenic systems. • Conduct preventive diagnosis and maintenance on equipment and systems. • Ensure contract Service Level Agreements are met. • Submit reports on all support activities as required. • Support changing priorities and assist with sample migration.
🎯 Requirements
• Associate of Science (AS) degree, technical certificate or equivalent. • Strong Electrical & Mechanical background. • Fluent in English. • Excellent systematic troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to handle problems independently. • Valid driver’s license, good driving record. • Proficient with PC, Windows, DOS. • Oracle experience highly beneficial. • Readiness for frequent travel nationally and internationally. • Readiness to be on-call occasionally.
