Description

• Finance Manager role for Azuria, specializing in water infrastructure solutions • Direct preparation of financial statements and related analysis • Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts • Develop and report on detailed analysis of operations • Manage GL, AR, cash management, job cost, revenue recognition, expense review and taxes • Drive financial performance through timely financial information and analysis • Prepare annual operating budget and interim financial forecasts • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures • 25% travel required. • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• BA or BS preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred • Strong knowledge of US GAAP • 8-10 years experience in planning, forecasting and analysis (FP&A) and/or as business unit controller • At least 5 years and prior experience as business unit finance manager or as commercial finance manager (Managerial role in FP&A) • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations • Ability to draft reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals • Ability to effectively present information to individuals or groups (management, clients, customers, general public) and respond to questions • Ability to perform arithmetic calculations and apply basic statistical, algebraic, and geometric concepts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volumes, etc. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables • Position requires individual to have strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and empower • Ability to work with complex spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) required.
