Description

β€’ Develop and actively manage a sales pipeline β€’ Meet or exceed defined sales quotas and revenue targets β€’ Conduct product demos, contract negotiations, and personalized support β€’ Participate in local and regional meetups, trade shows, and walk-ins to drive awareness of Backhouse Brands β€’ Maintain effective and proactive communication with internal teams, restaurant partner stakeholders, and channel partners to effectively manage expectations β€’ Setup and manage CRM tool to track, monitor and report on all sales activities

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of sales experience with complex software and/or hardware solutions and/or prior experience in the restaurant industry β€’ Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role managing the end to end sales cycle from prospecting to close β€’ Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to perform well under pressure β€’ Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
