• Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce marketing strategies for various client accounts to drive growth and profitability. • Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring all marketing campaigns and tasks are executed effectively and efficiently. • Conduct regular performance analyses and create detailed reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate and lead team members to ensure a cohesive and high-converting marketing approach. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in ecommerce marketing, including Meta ads, Google ads, email marketing, and more. • Provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations to optimize their ecommerce platforms and marketing strategies. • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and proactive account management. • Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and implementing new strategies and tools. • Understand marketing psychology and the latest marketing trends to anticipate customer needs and develop effective marketing strategies based on these insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an agency setting, specifically managing ecommerce clients. • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels (including Meta ads, Google ads, email marketing), and conversion rate optimization. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously. • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, and others. • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
