Description

•Enters appropriate certificate information into the computer system in an accurate and timely manner. •Evaluates compliancy with certificates compared to contractual requirements. •Interface with account managers regarding certificate of insurance coverage questions and/or required policy documentation. •Resolves or reports problems regarding data or equipment issues. •Receives and responds to client inquiries promptly and courteously. •Manage various client specific certificate portals. •Provides assistance to other departments as needed. •Proficiently perform phone and email follow-up work.

Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent mandatory. •College Degree and P&C License are desirable. •New Jersey Property Casualty Insurance License required to advance to other areas within Construction Risk Partners. •Maintains all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm functions or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment required. •Maintains all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm functions or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment preferred.
