• Oversee the corporate technology team to align IT operations with business goals. • Mentor and coach the corporate technology team to enhance skills and knowledge. • Develop training programs and provide feedback to foster a culture of excellence. • Manage efficient service desk processes for prompt IT issue resolution. • Monitor service desk performance and identify areas for improvement. • Serve as the liaison between business units and the corporate technology team. • Guide the corporate technology team in resolving complex technical issues. • Analyze workflows for improvement and efficiency gains. • Implement strategic changes for enhanced productivity. • Oversee application management and corporate workforce onboarding/offboarding processes. • Ensure security and integrity of corporate technology infrastructure. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the corporate technology team. • Take ownership of escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. • Proven ability to coach and mentor IT professionals, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. • Extensive experience in creating and managing service desk processes, with a strong understanding of ITIL or similar frameworks. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, and SharePoint. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technology team. • Drive “security-forward” mindset throughout team to ensure solutions are delivered as secure as possible.
