• Support business through product introduction, enhancements, and new market entry. • Manage profit & loss across several products in assigned regions/territories. • Collaborate on rate and rule revisions with business partners. • Analyze state profitability and recommend product performance improvements. • Participate in development and implementation of new products. • Analyze insurance filings and provide recommendations for improvements. • Implement underwriting rules to achieve business goals. • Perform additional duties to support Personal Lines product franchise.

Requirements

• Experience managing homeowners insurance in the Florida or Texas markets is mandatory and required. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; Master’s Degree in Business/Insurance or Professional designation in Actuarial Sciences preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Personal Homeowners Insurance • At least 2-3 years of experience launching new products, coverages or endorsements or introducing insurance in new territories, states or regions • Knowledge of SQL, SAS, R, Python, Table, and/or other programming/data query/reporting knowledge preferred, in addition, intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is required • Related experience in data analysis or data mining preferred
