β’ We are seeking a Total Rewards Senior Manager to lead Reward Transformation, drive all M&A Reward due diligence and integration, and support HR Transformation initiatives. β’ This role is a critical part of the Reward Leadership Team (RLT), responsible for shaping and executing a total rewards strategy that aligns with business growth, transformation, and employee experience. β’ This hands-on, high-impact role requires strong analytical and critical reasoning skills, the ability to run agile work teams, and a focus on delivering actionable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
β’ 8 - 10 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Transformation, with leadership exposure. β’ Experience with HR digital transformation and automation in total rewards. β’ Ability to influence senior executives and business leaders through data-driven decision-making. β’ Proven M&A experience, including reward due diligence, integration planning, and execution. β’ Strong background in compensation strategy, executive rewards, and benefits harmonization. β’ Experience in leading transformation projects within complex, global organizations. β’ Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret data, model outcomes, and drive evidence-based decisions. β’ Ability to run agile work teams, ensuring high-impact execution in fast-moving environments. β’ Hands-on approach, comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels. β’ Strong financial acumen, with experience in modeling costs and implications of reward strategies.
