ā€¢ Are you a master of details with a passion for organization and making an impact? ā€¢ As our Legal & Regulatory Administrative Assistant, youā€™ll be the backbone of our global legal operations. ā€¢ Reporting to our Senior Counsel in the Philippines, youā€™ll take charge of contracts, safeguard intellectual property, manage corporate filings, and keep us aligned with regulatory requirements worldwide. ā€¢ Youā€™ll also become our contract tool expert and create systems that empower the entire team. ā€¢ If you love connecting the dots, solving puzzles, and being a trusted partner in a dynamic environment, weā€™d love to have you on board!

Requirements

ā€¢ College graduate of any course, preferably with background in legal work. ā€¢ Ability to conduct research, analyze information, and summarize findings concisely. ā€¢ Excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills are paramount. ā€¢ Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ā€¢ Meticulous attention to detail is crucial. ā€¢ Ability and desire for continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies. ā€¢ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and other relevant software. ā€¢ Ability to identify and analyze problems, troubleshoot technical issues, and find effective solutions independently and proactively. ā€¢ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively. ā€¢ Ability to have phone/web conference calls in early morning or late evening with foreign counterparts, partners/vendors, and where needed. ā€¢ Nice to have: Experience conducting legal research. ā€¢ Nice to have: Experience in importing, exporting, and managing data within a system.
