Description

β€’ Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or written format via internet-based email or chat sessions. β€’ Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters. β€’ Troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action. β€’ Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

Requirements

β€’ High level of judgement and exceptional analytical ability β€’ Creativity in investigating customer problems and solutions β€’ Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge β€’ Effective verbal and written communications skills β€’ Documentation and quality assurance processes experience β€’ PC configuration and installation knowledge β€’ A remote work environment conducive to high quality interactions
