• Oversee, coordinate, and execute strategic activities for support-designated program accounts • Perform sales activities and follow-ups • Maintain and update customer program details and deliverables • Interact with Purchasing and Production for order fulfillment • Evaluate customer feedback and determine product feasibility • Plan and execute program awareness activities • Consult and plan with VP of National Accounts • Manage timelines and project-related activities • Receive client satisfaction scores • Other assigned duties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager • Previous Sales experience required • Ability to interact with various department levels • Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness • Microsoft Office experience, Excel proficiency • Skills in project management, business development, sales pipeline management, resourcefulness, communication, and analytics
