• Serve as product owner for a key segment of the Voyager Health platform. • Utilizes design thinking, growth hacking, and client lifecycle insights to deliver continuous refinement of the product using agile methodologies. • Aligns with our Mars Petcare Purpose of A Better World for Pets. • Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to support identification of end-user pain points and development of user experiences that meet consumer and professional audience needs. • Create and gain business alignment on roadmaps and prioritization for digital products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Innovation, Client Research, Technology, Data/Science, Business, Pharmacy is required. • 10 years’ of experience in Digital Product Management, Business Analyst, and Business Development is required. • Digital product and innovation management experience is required. • Agile Certified Product Owner is preferred. • Data and customer analysis experience, cross-functional process management experience is required. • Health care background (veterinary or human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) is preferred.
