β€’ Ensure accurate and prompt payment of broker commissions and HRA payments. β€’ Work cross-functionally with various departments to execute commission payments. β€’ Responsible for audit and correction of commission payments. β€’ Assist in process improvements for commission payment efficiency.

Requirements

β€’ Associate degree in finance, business or related field or equivalent working knowledge. β€’ Moderate experience, typically gained through 2-4 years relevant experience. β€’ Must be proficient in excel and demonstrate strong research and analytical skills. β€’ Must demonstrate knowledge, skills and ability in finance, payroll processing and commissions processing. β€’ CMS regulations, health insurance experience, understanding Medicare, Medicaid, commission processing, hierarchical insurance structure, detail oriented, quality control and auditing. Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
