Description
• Support and optimize vendor relationships critical to loan process • Maintain accurate vendor records and performance metrics • Coordinate vendor onboarding with procurement • Serve as point of contact for vendor inquiries • Research new vendors and feature analysis • Facilitate communication between vendors and departments • Schedule and coordinate vendor meetings • Complete quarterly Vendor Scorecards
Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of mortgage processing experience preferred • Proficient with Encompass • Strategic understanding of mortgage lending function • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Excellent prioritization and time management skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
