Since its inception, StartEngine has helped over 550 companies raise more than $1.1B from retail investors, with investments starting at as little as $100. •About the Role •We are looking for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset that have a track record of success, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and are genuinely motivated to play a vital role in the growth of our innovative company. •As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing our processes using our marketing automation tools and systems. You'll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, reporting on key metrics, and supporting our marketing, growth, and operations teams in achieving their goals.

Requirements

•Extremely high degree of business acumen to work with business peers and technology competency to build and optimize marketing technology. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. •2+ years of professional experience in marketing operations or related field. •2+ years of professional experience with marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot). •Subject matter expertise with tools for email (like HubSpot), text automation (like Klaviyo) web optimization metrics, lead routing, and attribution and analytics. •Deep knowledge of enabling and overseeing marketing automation from start to finish. •Deep analytical skills with an understanding of how to interpret, formulate and present actionable data, including setting metrics for individual and company-wide initiatives.
