• Directs the operations of Banner Plans and Networks government owned health plans. • Ensures cross-organizational collaboration of operational teams within the Banner Insurance Division. • Manages several level agreements between BUHP and BPHSO. • Interfaces with government agencies, ensuring compliance and strategic goals are met.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Health Care Administration or related field. • Applicable certifications and/or licensures may be required. • Seven or more years of increasingly responsible administrative leadership experience in integrated administrative services or large complex environments.
