📋 Description
• We are seeking a data-driven Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support revenue growth for our aviation software solutions. • This role will focus on creating and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, engaging target audiences, and aligning closely with sales to maximize conversion rates. • Travel is required up to 20% of the time for this role.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in the aviation, transportation, or technology sectors. • Strong understanding of the buyer’s journey, segmentation, targeting, and positioning. • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce). • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Experience aligning sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. • Familiarity with aviation operations, fleet management, or scheduling is required.
