• Accelerate the growth of XO sales in the USA. • Provide leadership to our LA-based sales and marketing team. • Oversee all sales operations in the USA and India. • Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and clear goals. • Provide your team with the means to succeed. • Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. • Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets. • Hit annual targets, build relationships and understand customer trends.
• At least 8 -10 years of experience in sales is required. • Experience with HubSpot • The ideal candidate is an exceptional people manager with proven sales experience. • The person enjoys working in a fast-paced high-tech environment and is able to further structure sales processes. • International experience or background working with other cultures is required. • Leadership experience: proven track record in building and coaching sales teams. • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets. • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions. • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Degree in sales & marketing is plus.
