Description

• Part-time outside field sales representative for the Nashville territory • Commuting daily in routes around Nashville and surrounding areas • Work independently with little supervision • Collaborate with grocery managers and brand representatives • Capture brand data using mobile phone apps • Take ownership of in-store presence for brands • Climb ladders and perform physical activities as needed.

Requirements

• Positive mindset, driven to accomplish, high emotional intelligence and grit • Strong problem solving, analytic, influencing, and negotiation skills • Experience in grocery store operations or similar sales experience • Premium selling skills or the desire to learn quickly • Track record of success in a self-directed environment • Maintain communication with team members • Valid license, clean driving record, registration, and auto insurance • Willing to drive many miles per day in personal vehicle • Able to lift 10 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
