β€’ Full-time, outside field sales representative for Minneapolis territory β€’ Work 100% in the field from vehicle and grocery stores β€’ Visit 6-8 grocery stores per day to improve brands' in-store presence β€’ Operate with integrity as you represent brands and Basemakers in the community β€’ Capture brand data in-store using mobile phone apps β€’ Improve brands' in-store presence through effective merchandising and selling points.

Requirements

β€’ Positive mindset, driven to accomplish, high emotional intelligence β€’ Growth mentality and goals familiarity β€’ Strong problem solving, analytic, influencing, and negotiation skills β€’ Experience in grocery store operations or route sales experience β€’ Premium selling skills preferred or willingness to learn β€’ Passion to represent Brand Partners in natural and specialty foods β€’ Track record of success in a self-directed environment β€’ High level of communication with team members β€’ Valid license, clean driving record, registration, auto insurance β€’ Willing to drive many miles daily in personal vehicle β€’ Ability to transport promotional merchandise and minimal product quantities.
