• About Basetwo • We’re on a mission to make manufacturing faster, smarter, and more resilient. • Basetwo is a fast-growing Toronto-based startup backed by Boeing and top VCs. • Our cloud-based SaaS enables manufacturing engineers to design, build and operationalize “digital twins” to optimize production processes. • As the Product Manager, you'll work with the Founding team to build a product driven organization. • Drive Basetwo’s product experience, making it a simple and intuitive platform. • Collaborate with Engineering and leadership to define and execute the product roadmap. • Understand deep user needs and define product strategy for Basetwo's AI platform. • Analyze product metrics for continuous improvement and stay updated on trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in manufacturing technology sectors, and Enterprise AI/SaaS applications • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, simulation, and their applications in the B2B enterprise world (preferably manufacturing or industrial environments) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technical products • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field; or advanced degree is a plus • Experience in or knowledge/familiarity of the chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries • Knowledge of industrial databases and control systems (e.g., OSI PI) • Understanding of energy efficiency and carbon footprint reduction in manufacturing processes
