Description
• Basis Technologies delivers software to automate digital media operations for agencies and brands. • Role ensures accuracy and efficiency in Accounting Operations. • Oversee a team responsible for Accounting, Billing, and Collections processes.
Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive roles with a mix of public experience plus industry • 5 years of management experience • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance • Active CPA license • Expert financial analysis skills and deep understanding of accounting concepts • Broad-based operational experience covering all aspects of month-end close and audits • Experience with integrated systems including payroll and billing/accounts receivable • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to drive support for innovation and organizational change
