• Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 4+ years of outside B2B sales experience required. • Successful medical sales experience ideally focused on Cardiology or Electrophysiology preferred. • Previous Medical Device or Diagnostic Services Sales experience required. • Previous B2B sales experience required. • Experience selling to hospitals highly preferred. • Excellent relationship-building skills across all customer levels and with internal teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to formulate solutions with little guidance. • Well organized with demonstrated time management and prioritization skills. • Process-oriented with ability to multi-task and lead opportunities with short & long sales cycles. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical and social skills. • Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed with occasional overnight travel for training and trade shows.
