• Responsible for promoting client's portfolio and managing bids for Advanced Surgery business • Deliver on sales and profit targets for assigned therapies and medical products • Build new product launch momentum and present solutions to decision makers • Manage complex sales cycles and develop territory business plans • Foster relationships to grow business and differentiate solutions from competition • Drive tender management process and ensure collaboration within the team • Utilize CRM system for planning and territory analyses
• Scientific or medical University Degree, according to Italian legal requirements for Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco • Minimum 1 years of sales experience within medical devices/healthcare or pharmaceutical industry • Good level of English • Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft packages • Proficiency in using modern multi-media tools, sales data systems and daily usage of CRM systems • Strong analytical skills – Leverage data and tools to perform customer profiling and segmentation based on business strategy, in order to build actionable account plans, review and update account plans regularly, build accurate forecasts • Strong relationship management skills – develops and maintains professional relationships with all account stakeholders and ensures continuous customer satisfaction. • Willingness to travel within the specified geographic region
