Description

• As Technology Counsel, you will be the primary legal partner for Bazaarvoice’s product and engineering teams globally. • You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams on legal and regulatory compliance and new product development. • You are comfortable working with quick turnaround times and can explain legal concepts applicable to technology. • Austin, TX based candidates preferred but remote, US based candidates will be considered.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Admission to the bar in at least one state. • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with significant experience in technology law, either in-house or at a law firm. • Strong understanding of intellectual property law, data privacy, cybersecurity, and software licensing. • Experience negotiating complex technology contracts and agreements. • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
