• Support all aspects of Sprinklr’s litigation matters • Manage outside counsel in active litigation matters • Investigate and respond to threatened claims • Handle a high volume of legal work, • Develop strong relationships with other members of the Sprinklr Legal team • Provide effective advice to Sprinklr management • Support in cross-functional department requests and transactions

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited U.S. law school • Membership in good standing to at least one state bar • 4 - 6 years of dedicated litigation experience in a law firm setting • Experience with copyright and patent infringement claims • Experience with intellectual property matters • Experience with federal securities claims • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to quickly identify legal and business issues • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work with independence and manage competing priorities
