Description

• The Senior BizOps Manager (BOM) will play a key role in building out and optimizing various functions for Truehold’s operations team. • The BOM is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing processes that support the efficiency and effectiveness of activities within our tech-enabled property & asset management platform. • Initial focus will be on our Repair and Maintenance business line, building a strong foundation to scale a seven figure P&L in months, not years. • This role will enhance the process, operationalizing the standards, quality control, training and strategic partnerships to ensure residents benefit from Single Family Rental (SFR) industry leading property services. • The BOM will collaborate with various departments to identify process gaps, standardize workflows, and achieve business objectives for a rapidly expanding portfolio of Single Family Rental assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field. MBA is highly preferred. • 7+ years of experience in operational process management or a similar role in PropTech, Smart Building, Contech, Construction and Development and/or Real Estate, with at least 5 years within a Single Family Rental (SFR) investment firm • Established track record of scaling a national Property Services team both in market and at Portfolio and Regional level • Results oriented P&L management with a focus on driving revenue and improving margins by bringing cost effective solutions to a growing business • Excellent organizational & communication skills with high attention to detail and ability to lead multiple projects concurrently • Self-starter with eagerness to take ownership and independently drive projects to completion • Experience in residential real estate, SFR and/or data analytics strongly preferred
