• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media EA to join our growing team. • As a pivotal member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms. • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok. • Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development to create social media campaigns that align with business goals. • Manage social media content calendar and scheduling to ensure consistent and effective messaging. • Monitor social media channels for customer comments, feedback and inquiries; respond in a timely and professional manner. • Stay updated on social media best practices, technologies, and trends. • Utilize social media management tools to manage and optimize social media performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Social Media Manager, or similar role. • Proven track record of managing social media platforms and growing followers • Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative thinker with a passion for content creation and storytelling • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
