β€’ Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries timely and accurately β€’ Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone β€’ Ensure all customer communication is clearly documented β€’ Interact through various channels such as Chat, Phone, E-mail, and TEAMS β€’ Educate callers to ensure resolution on first contact β€’ Must be able to pass required testing β€’ Participation and attendance are mandatory β€’ Flexibility due to schedule rotations and adherence to assigned schedules is required β€’ Work overtime as required

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent β€’ 1 year of experience in a customer service support role is required β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint) β€’ Proficient oral and written communication skills β€’ Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills β€’ Exceptional time management skills β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment β€’ Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills β€’ Ability to talk and type simultaneously while interacting with customers β€’ Must meet minimum performance expectations if currently employed with the company
