Description

• This position will provide the Administration services such as system maintenance, technical troubleshooting, managing roles, and access to the system. • Experience in upgrading all instances when ServiceNow releases updated versions that require preparation, testing, and bug fixes across production and non-production environments. • Perform all necessary patches and communicate with ServiceNow for technical support • Performs routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation • Manages Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists • Resolve help desk/support tickets • Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship • Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support • Experience as a System Administrator in a UNIX environment • Demonstrated experience with upgrading systems, software migrations, and resolving help desk tickets • Experience configuring mid-servers • Strong experience deploying in an Agile Environment
