Description
• MoCaFi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer to join our fast-paced team and play a key role in building sophisticated BI solutions that drive informed decision-making across the organization. • The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data integration, data modeling, and visualization, with a proven ability to design and implement high-impact BI reports and dashboards. • This role is remote and reports to the Director of Data Analytics.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience with Data Visualization BI tools, including data modeling, reporting, and visualization. • Strong knowledge of Financial Services or FinTech data structures, systems, and reporting requirements. • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Google BigQuery. • Familiarity with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases for integrating unstructured or semi-structured data into BI workflows. • Strong experience with SQL, including complex query development, optimization, and performance tuning in relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle). • Experience with ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Talend, or Informatica. • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling techniques. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and adhoc analysis requests. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
