Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent industry experience. • 12+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director level or above). • Proven experience in leading the development of cloud-based software, with a focus on data security. • Strong track record of delivering products with a regular release cadence in an Agile environment. • Experience providing engineering-level customer support, ideally with a focus on Level-2 support. • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architecture. • Experience with data security solutions, encryption technologies, and security compliance standards. • Familiarity with modern development practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support for cloud software. • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate engineering teams. • Proven ability to make high-impact decisions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working in a data security or cybersecurity product company. • Prior experience with customer-facing roles and the ability to manage complex customer issues. • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to cloud data security (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
