• Ensure systems and services run smoothly, reliably, and efficiently at scale • Manage a team of SREs maintaining infrastructure and handling incident response • Lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers responsible for system availability, scalability, and performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and empower engineers • Focus on system resilience, performance optimization, and operational excellence

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps • At least 2 years in a servant leadership role • Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.) • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and configuration management tools
