• Manage the programmatic aspects of Performance Management • Collaborate with and influence team members to support training, communications, and processes throughout the year • Support design, simplification, communication, training, and processes of Performance Management • Support program inquiries and planning needs • Report and analyze key data points related to participation by function, segment, level • Provide regular updates and status of milestones to leadership team • Write, edit, and review internal communication and knowledge management documents • Liaise with key stakeholders in HR and the broader organization

Requirements

• 8+ years of cross HR experience and program management • Experience implementing leadership training • International experience developing leaders, designing, and delivering learning solutions in multiple countries and across diverse cultures • In-depth knowledge of change management and communication principles • Strong project management skills • Articulate and concise, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong data analytics skills to develop learning analytics/insights with data from learning platforms • Global mindset and experience working internationally • Ability to work with ambiguity and agility in a fast-changing environment
