• Use a lean product mindset to drive product decisions and roadmap development • Document user needs in workflows, use cases, or customer journeys • Manage expectations of stakeholders through frequent and clear communication of vision, strategy, and product roadmap • Collaborate with designers and researchers to advocate for, plan, and execute user research and solution validation plans • Practice facilitative leadership to drive decision making and prioritization towards positive product and business outcomes • Partner with cross-division and cross-functional teams, customers and partners to drive adoption and success of the product • Contribute to the product management culture at Autodesk

Requirements

• 5+ years working as Product Manager / Senior Product Manager • Ability to break down complex problems into user-focused solutions • Speaks 2 languages (including English); 2+ years’ experience in sustainable design in manufacturing or the built environment • Excellent verbal and written communication and persuasive presentation skills • Experience with API design and experience, and building and growing a partner and third-party ecosystem • LEED certified or equivalent a plus
