• Meticulously review contracts, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders, to ensure compliance with legal requirements and strengthen business points. • Draft and update policies and procedures with a keen emphasis on risk mitigation, legal compliance, and usability. • Manage IP strategy and execution, including registrations, internal compliance, and enforcement. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on insurance matters. • Identify and assess legal risks then collaborate on strategies to mitigate effectively.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role. • Experience with in-house or corporate legal matters. • Strong experience with contract review. • Law degree and bar admission in good standing. • Knowledge and experience in the alcohol industry strongly preferred.
