Description

• The On-Site Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production for Beatbox, at the CBI facility in Acampo, California. • This role ensures efficient and effective manufacturing processes, warehousing and inventory oversight, and compliance with quality standards. • This role will interact with all levels of leadership in the CBI organization. • This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is subject to change. • Develop and implement detailed production schedules in collaboration with co-man, supply chain, and planning teams. • Monitor production performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, including food and beverage manufacturing standards. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. • Monitor production costs and develop the production budget, tracking expenses. • Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including quality and safety metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. • At least 5-7 years of experience in production management, preferably in a beverage or food manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of Tetra Pak systems and processes. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Proficiency in production management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for food and beverage manufacturing. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
