🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing, ideally within SaaS. • Proven track record of scaling digital acquisition channels with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency in a high volume PLG or subscription-based environment. • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization best practices, especially for free-trial funnels. • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and attribution modeling for subscription or recurring revenue models. • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience building and motivating high-performing teams. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a history of building strong cross-functional relationships • Strong experience in full-funnel optimization, including acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion within a SaaS or subscription-based business. • Expert with ad management platforms and analytics tools. • Strong executive presence.
