β’ 5-7+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing within a SaaS subscription company β’ Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing programs in a PLG funnel β’ Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle stages, and subscription business models β’ Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and data analysis tools. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. β’ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration. β’ Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β’ Experience with our tech stack is a plus: β’ Klaviyo β’ Appcues β’ Google Analytics β’ Mode/Snowflake β’ SQL (language) β’ Salesforce
