β€’ Own the strategy and execution of our lifecycle marketing initiatives β€’ Focus on optimizing the customer journey from acquisition through retention β€’ Enhance new customer conversion, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized and impactful experiences that drive business growth β€’ Develop and implement a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy β€’ Set clear objectives and KPIs aligned with business goals β€’ Lead the development of onboarding programs that effectively introduce new users to key product features β€’ Implement automated workflows and trigger-based communications to scale personalized outreach β€’ Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns

Requirements

β€’ 5-7+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing within a SaaS subscription company β€’ Proven track record of developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing programs in a PLG funnel β€’ Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle stages, and subscription business models β€’ Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and data analysis tools. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies. β€’ Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration. β€’ Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Experience with our tech stack is a plus: β€’ Klaviyo β€’ Appcues β€’ Google Analytics β€’ Mode/Snowflake β€’ SQL (language) β€’ Salesforce
