Requirements

• 7+ years in marketing, including progressive roles working with technical customer audiences. • Experience delivering customer reference program case studies and building a reliable customer reference database. • B2B enterprise technology, SaaS and cybersecurity experience preferred. • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and B2B marketing principles and technologies. Salesforce navigation experience is a must. • Proven experience capturing customer stories and developing case studies that showcase the customers experience and the value they received from the product. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. • Strong project management skills and the ability to own multiple initiatives and drive them forward simultaneously. • Keen ability to problem solve and connect with people all over the world!
