Description

• The Senior Marketing Strategist is responsible for all senior-level strategic management of direct marketing fundraising programs with nonprofit clients • Lead day-to-day management and implementation of planned giving marketing strategies for multiple clients • Create cross-channel planned giving campaigns reflecting clients’ strategic and revenue needs • Prepare/interpret periodic reports evaluating direct marketing planned giving programs with improvement recommendations • Enhance the agency’s brand through networking and industry opportunities • Keep up-to-speed on changes in the planned giving industry and practices • Act as a trusted subject matter expert in legacy and planned giving

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Nonprofit planned giving and legacy marketing • Knowledge base of planned giving concepts and marketing techniques • Multi-client experience and digital marketing experience strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to inspire trust and confidence from internal and external teams and clients • Ability to innovate new strategies and tactics • Comfortable with public speaking and client-facing communication and engagement • Excellent organizational and project/time management skills • Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and high level of accuracy • Top-notch customer service skills • Ability to work under pressure, establish and deliver on work priorities, and multi-task • Ability to consider and evaluate problems and produce viable solutions

Benefits
