• At Instructure, we believe in the power of people to grow and succeed throughout their lives. • Our goal is to amplify that power by creating intuitive products that simplify learning and personal development. • As Senior Marketing Manager for Professional Learning, you will help to grow Instructure’s business in the corporate, government, and not for profit sectors. • The perfect candidate will have a multi-faceted marketing background and solid experience in field marketing and demand generation. • You will plan, run and report on campaigns and events that create meaningful engagements for our customers and prospective customers. • You will report to the VP of Professional Learning & Higher Education Marketing. • The ideal candidate is a self-starter with vision.

🎯 Requirements

• A generalist marketing background, including deep experience in field/ events/ webinars • Experience in public sector/ government/ B2B marketing preferred • A command of the funnel including • Partnering with sales development and sales • Funnel dynamics • Pipeline coverage • Lead generation • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages simultaneously • A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management • Strong time management skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Ability to manage budget and invoicing processes • Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce and project management software like Asana. • Kindness and conscientiousness. • A good sense of humor :)
